Fasting tomorrow. Goal set 24 hours but really looking to make it the full 72 hours. Has anyone tried this? What should I expect?

I clear liquid fasted for 4 days last year. Released 7 lbs of weight and did not gain it back. I was not hungry after the first number of hours. 24 hours is easy now. Time to do it again, maybe 3 days.
Sounds like a vodka and anything binge.
