Congress sold us out to foreign countries Saudis and China long ago.The stock market has as much value as your fiat paper money! Many states like N Y robbed the retiement accts yrs ago and have been covering with new revenue which has all but dried up and their budgets are so upside down at this point they are panicked for a bail out!
