Put a full slice of onion on the sole of each foot and hold in place with socks - sleep like this. The onion will draw out toxins from your body.
Slice onions in half and place the halves in the corners of a room - the onion will remove noxious smells from the air. Especially good for paint odours.

YUM!!!! i just tinfoil garlic in there sockets,cut of a slice thats the stem, and add some butter and herb of choice, roast in the oven, and cool. pop um out and make a butter out of it, have oliveoil on top 😅 yours'lookssoooogoood
