A lot of us are jumpy from bad Twitter experiences & Parler going down. Not to mention while it was in limbo, hackers were posting all of Parler's user data on Twitter. ALL of it. If you don't have a photo, a bio or any likes or posts, you may appear to be a spy or bot. We're living in dangerous times where people are losing their jobs or being threatened to lose custody of their children for believing in the truth & defending it.
Just my 2 cents... If someone follows me & they've been here for a month or 2 without any activity or any info, I block.
Be transparent & people will trust you

Not a good reason to block soneone. I too question within myself, why some accounts don't have posts and no picture. But not a good reason to block someone.
