It seems that way. Because everything & everyone is energy, w/c emits light. But too often those who are brainwashed & have not taken their power back, their stars may not be as bright up in the sky. But that's all changing soon, w/ Mother's Great Default system restoring everything & everyone in her kingdom, those who she has chosen to ascend. Not all were given the freedom codes to ascend, and we anons know who those are.
