Do people with security clearance end up going nuts when they think everyone knows the "secret" anyway but they cannot talk about it?

I would not think the average person would, that has some clearance. Certain folks would probably would depend on the amount of incriminating evidence higher-ups/alphabets have on 'em?
Some may have been documenting for awhile
