I’ve tried everything and I’m still fat and get bloated. 🤦🏼‍♀️ Eat meat,don’t eat meat. Go plant based,don’t go plant based. I am seriously so tired of it all. Now add menopause to the equation,forget it. Ya I’m a little frustrated. What were we talking about again? Keto,yes I have tried it. 😂
