I'm well aware of the mRNA shot and the horrors in contains, so I'm not concerned for my person safety, because at 61yrs old, I fortunately have never been vaccinated at all (my parents being aware of the medical mafia etc.)
A Holistic life style is the life style of my choice. But of course it's good to know how to help others. So I've started looking into ordering some 'Dulse' which I'll add to my order of other sea weed type snakes I already get. My dog and I have for many years had a 'generous daily dose' of Spirulina😋.
I'd dearly love the mRNA detox/cleansing process to be as simple as a diet high in Iodine type foods + of course the Removal of All junk foods etc., so I will 🙏 and focus my attention on that it is so ☺️.
