They both may have had plastic surgery but I don’t think they are the same guy. Too many differences, especially the ears…one has attached ear lobes and the other doesn’t.
I agree it's not him. Something is going on.
However, plastic surgery, ear lobes, saggy neck skin, etc. isn't enough evidence to indicate that it's somebody else. We have to look elsewhere for hints. We need something more concrete.
I use to live in Los Angeles and I saw my fair share of plastic people.
