Me too! My sleep patterns have been wacky for the last 3 years but so much more pronounced lately.
My dreams are messed up and seems like they are constant. Making me more tired lol.

My left leg cramped up in my sleep a few days ago. A good stretch and massage and i fell back asleep at 1:30am 😅
