The Apostles would be wailing in sack cloth and ashes. A long list of what God did not have in mind that has entered into the Church could easily be made. Volumes of books and articles on what God did not have in mind could easily be written. Volumes of books and articles on the matter already HAVE been written and those volumes ever increase with each passing day it seems.
