God has told not to fear, trust Him, not to worry, He has overcome the world. Satan wants us focused on our problems, to be fearful and worried. The best thing we can do when satan tries to control us is to focus immediately on something we are grateful for. Satan hates that and it immediately reduces and removes that darkness that satan throws at us. Even just a little thing , just say it and it will change your heart and mind instantly.
