They aren't accepting tax returns before Feb 12. Hopefully that means something will happen before then. If not, I will be waiting until the last day of the deadline for sure... if I pay at all.

Where did you find this info? I don't see it on the IRS website
I filed my taxes yesterday, so did my daughter. They allowed us to file Federal but aren't accepting State, until mid February. No given date
