This happened to my wife and I at the AMC in Sarver, PA last Saturday
I live maybe 35 or 40 miles from there and this has been the most mild February I can remember in all my years. We had a record high in the 70s last week. Crazy weather.
tell me thats fake or I’ll never be able to sleep again lol
hang in there. it gets easier. longest ive done is 42 hours. struggled at first around 24 hours. drank a lot of water. no coffee or tea. i put pink Himalayan salt in every other cup of water. seemed to help. didnt get headaches but had been off of coffee for awhile so didnt get the caffeine withdrawal headaches.
