looking up rvl aviation , they also do search and rescue and geological surveys.The areas they were flying over were very rural ,could be looking for other things ,tunnels maybe ? 🤔

There was also a boom in the previous video about guantanamo bay.The long floating barriers been pulled by the boat are called booms.In the 2nd video the people who refuel the aircraft ,operate a boom and are called boomers.Wonder if there will be a 3rd ?🤔

Definately suspicious, it even says Dartmoor had snow last night.Would have needed loads of accelerant.I'm thinking dumbs too.Looks like more snow on the way so hopefully that will put it out .
