I tend to eat keto like because I crave meat and veggies most of the time. I let my body tell me what it wants. I have also lost 30 pounds since the end of July but I was detoxing heavily for months and with that ivermectin, fenbendazole, chlorine dioxide and DMSO. My pain doctor told me that if I was outside the USA they would treat with this kind of protocol but is taboo in the US.
