There is a noticeable heavy police presence. There are tunnels and DUMBS ( Deep Underground Military Bases) under DC, the White House, all over America and the world. They were used by the evil deep state cabal for trafficking the children underground.

When we reach the 2:23 mark, a person dressed in white (medical personnel), is seen exiting the White House.

At 2:28 a person dtessed in dark garb appears, most likely military.

At 2:31, the darkly dressed figure emerges from the White House, followed by children, half the height of the darkly dressed person.

At 2:36, the camera zooms out as the children are placed in awaiting vehicles.

Remember, what is happening in Myanmar is also happening here, covertly in the background.
