I worked for Hershey for about 2 years, 13-14 years ago. I had a guy on my crew whos Dad was a food engineer for the company. I asked if that was a good thing figuring he would get an opportunity to try new samples of foods that they were developing. He straight up said no. He said it was more like your Dad coming home and trying to get you let him put a couple of drops of a liquid on your tongue and tell him what you taste. He wouldn't eat any of the chocolate that is basically everywhere.
