My guess is Ukraine is pulling brandon's strings. They want cover for them to take Crimea back from Russia. They want it to look like Russia is the aggressor. Brandon is being controlled to get NATO allies to aid in the false flag against Russia. Putin has put his troops on the border as a defensive move and not an offensive move.
