Planescape: Torment, the story of The Nameless One, an immortal who forgets who he is each time he dies. Over the course of the game, it turns out that many issues visible and affecting the world are his own doings, which he cannot remember.

My father's side village crest shows a burning log fire (rakovalkea). The location is in the Lapland, place called Sodankylä. In present day Finnish, it translates literally to "Village of War". I don't actually know the original Samish name.

It's fun how the photography was made into a side game of its own. Big whales breaching the water was my favorite, as I've never seen it. I really like how Jade is in the game. Bo staff and all that included. Exploration was also interesting.

If you haven't already, please read the plot synopsis of the game. Quite important. The plot twist was surreal!

Ultima Underworld series (by Looking Glass Studios) I unfortunately never played, but I remember how these were different from many other games. Ultima series games required you to become a better person demonstrating virtue for the completion of the main plot.

Lots of what's going on has been scattered around over the decades to all kinds of entertainment. Movies, music, sports, games. You don't need to play or see it all, reading the synopses is often enough.

How you see what's shown to you is a reflection of your internal world. Ask why would bad players spread this around over the decades? Secret societies can only operate with information swept under the carpet.
