On Trump's first day back in office (Jan 20th, 2025) President Trump signed Executive Order#14155 notifying the World Health Organization (WHO) that we were leaving the body. They received his official letter two days later.

As per agreement, we we were required to give a one-year notice to quit. This means that as of today (Jan 22, 2026) the US is no long part of the WHO.
