Look at EO 13770 from 2017.

In this video the seal looks like a child made it with stencils lined up shitty but I pulled up a photo of him signing and the seal looks legit and words are visible on the EO's. The problem I am having is identifying what is trickery and what isn't.

I pulled up the rederenced EO revocation in the most recent EO from Trump and it states the same initial verbiage so not sure why othera are different.
