D.R. Horton mixed up mortgage paperwork with another home buyer early 2020. That home buyer is shown as the owner of my house on certain websites. I purchased the house 11/19. I met with a wonderful realtor who took the time to look into it. I was told it was an honest mistake. However, the GENERAL WARRANTY DEED looks more like a marriage document with terms including "TO HAVE AND TO HOLD," "AN UNMARRIED WOMAN," and something that says "KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:." Is this normal? I need to find someone familiar with the wording of this paperwork to help me understand it. There are no homeowners in my neighborhood with his name (according to the HCAD website.) I have to take it to the courthouse to officially get this resolved. It just seems weird. I am a first time home owner and I have never heard of this happening. It also says at the top that "If I am a natural person, I can strike out any of all information..." Do all contracts say this or am I just thinking 50

I have also learned that I should not settle for anything less than what God has planned for me. The past four years of my life has been filled with many highs and lows. I found myself settling for a man who did not treat me right. I watched my values change from wanting to someday get married and have a family to accepting my ex-boyfriend's wish for neither. I settled. When I started reading the Q posts and learning about my unwavering love for this country, my ex gave me an ultimatum: change or he would leave me. Being verbally put down repeatedly for my beliefs was not something I was going to accept anymore. I stood firm in my beliefs, and we both went our separate ways. This was one of the strongest decisions I have made for myself. I admit that I find myself wishing I could turn back time to many years ago when I was young and did not know anything about love. However, God has a plan, and one day I will meet the love of my life. Being single is better than being unhappy.

Over the past year, my life has flipped 180 degrees... and for the better. I am sure there are many out there who can relate. It was very rough at first, but God is helping me get through this.

First and foremost, I found God. I have always been a believer, but I have never prayed, walked by faith, or read the bible. Until now. I am meeting with my friend Melissa from the church this Wednesday and if all goes according to plan, I will be getting baptized on the 20th! Learning about Jesus has been amazing… and I still have so much to learn. I am not ashamed to admit that.

I would not be surprised if any of these user names matched back up with some of my TB decodes. If you look at the hex codes, it will split into 3 diff values which you can then go back and reference to other posts and see if they relate.
