Hello Victoria. I have been told by the VA that I have PTSD too. I have had to be real careful of these mask freaks especially minimum wage employees (clerks Etc.). I rarely go shopping. I have found a market that told me that I do not have to wear a mask. Ask for supervisors it may help.

It is all good! We all learn. I know I have had plenty of foot-in-mouthitis many times. A friend taught me to watch myself as if I were the audience. I try to always check my own performance. It works for me most of the time but, I still have cringe worthy moments. All the best.
