weird, federal stamp should be same nationwide. In Ky it’s $200 and is considered class 3 stamp; same as machine gun.

FYI. Silencers are not difficult with proper paperwork. NO WHERE are military or contractors favored. There is a $200 tax stamp fee that is added to background. My husband is retired military and is disgruntled at the post claiming military or government contractors are favored for silencers.
