Just happened top see these two News Channels on YT with the exact same titles but I am guessing 100's if not 1000's of affiliates across the country had the same video and title. One is in NC the other in Tennessee. Now perhaps TND is the one who suggested the title as it is their video but interesting enough if you go to TND channel to see if the title was the same there and this video is not there at all. I watched the video all the way through and it was actually quite good and unbiased. They even showed video footage from the murdered 12 y/o girls funeral after Trump brought the subject up in the debate. I don't recall seeing them point out how Trump was 'misleading' at any point in the video so not sure where the title that was designed to defame Trump originated but I can guess the DNC had a lot to do with it.

HUGE WIN AGAINST COVID MANDATES
Court appointments matter.
The California 9th. Circuit Court of Appeals was the most liberal court in the country for years until Donald Trump appointed two justices to serve along side of a Clinton appointee.
The court just ruled on a covid mandate case and struck down the lower courts ruling of the case being moot and that Jacobson v. Massachusetts gave the LAUSD the authority to mandate a vaccine, sending it back for trial.
For Jacobson v. Massachusetts (a 1905 Supreme Court Decision on smallpox mandate) to apply, the LAUSD will have to prove that the COVID vaccines are not just "safe and effective" but that they "prevent the spread" of covid.
The criminals at the CDC changed the definition of vaccine but they can't change the fact that prevention of transmission is the only legal definition on record.
The 3 member court ruled 2 to 1 and the 2 in favor were Trump appointees.
