but was quickly apprehended.
This swift response was partly due to Hurricane.
Following his heroic act,
Hurricane was medically retired in 2016
from the injuries he sustained during the incident.
In recognition of his valor, Hurricane received numerous honors.
His handler, Marshall Mirarchi, said
“As much as we knew this time was coming
there was no way to prepare. We miss him so much.
A huge hole that can never be replaced.”
The non-profit Hurricane’s Heroes
will continue to raise funds

David James helped the West Virginia strip miners build a road from Chimney Rock to Bat Cave, has been ARRESTED.

FEMA put up a gate & closed the road built by the miners.

So David removed it, & this got him arrested.
