I have dealt with Peter C. Canfield (pictured below), the Jones Day lawyer representing Mercer Law School and Dean Cathy “Diebold/Dominon” Cox, off and on for over 20 years.

I also know some lawyers who used to work with him in his former, now defunct, law firm, Dow Lohnes. They have some stories to tell!!!

Peter has NO sense of humor. Zero. That tells me a lot about someone. What does it tell you?

I have warned my lawyer, Ibrahim “The Lion” Reyes about Canfield. Ibrahim is prepared to be dead serious in dealing with Peter and save his great sense of humor for others who have a sense of humor (like me!)!

I have always wished Peter the best of luck and I do so again today!!!

I like Mark McCloskey. He's running for U.S. Senate. But it's hard to reconcile a campaign slogan that states "I will never back down," while at the same time, he pleads guilty to a crime that he was innocent of.

Regarding Mark McCloskey. He seems like a good guy, and I was proud of him for defending his property exactly the way he did it. I get the "practical" considerations for a plea deal.

If he wasn't running for U.S. Senate with the campaign slogan "I will never back down" I wouldn't even mention the above.

It's an "okay" plea deal. The DA dropped the felony counts (which he had no chance of proving), and leveraged that into a misdemeanor plea deal.

The misdemeanor charge, by the way, was highly defensible at trial.

More importantly, you also can't assert you will do "everything" to defend the 2nd Amendment on behalf of constituents, because when YOU are on probation, YOU can't possess firearms as a standard condition.

Call me old fashioned, but "I will never back down" means something very different to me, than pleading guilty and giving up my firearms.

These people are sick. 👿

But its also good to see these disgusting-tyrants exposed.

Righteous Anger can be a beautiful thing when directed correctly and we work together !!!!! 🙂
