Not sure about the highway part, but he renegotiated NAFTA financially. Maybe current admin brought it back.

I feel as a human he has a right to his opinions, right or wrong. I also think he should (responsible as President) also promote research so people can best make up their own minds. But he hasn't. Will I continue to support him, absolutely. Do I like everything he has or hasn't done, not by a long shot.
