While I harbor some current misgivings about US strikes on foreign soil, I've been told that US Special Forces rescused a number of children, ostensibly kidnapped children, ahead of the bombings and that the CIA's Special Operation Group (SOG) was responsible for capturing Maduro.. I'll share more info as I learn it.
