The Tyrant City of Pueblo Colorado is in on another round of harassment without due process and will be pushing more threats of fines, leans, and now a court date. will be post the fight against this abuses here. some past documentation is to be shown here.

On Friday 19 Aug. 2022, we will bring our property at 1111 E. 9th to compliance with local laws noted on latest city complaint for meeting requirements ensuring our property is ready for re-inspection by code officials as early as next week.
We are providing sufficient notice per our residential lease package for the Right of Entry to our Premises (Page 6,#23) for improvements in order for meeting city codes. Please remove gate locks for access; those had no prior authorization, and we were not being provided keys.
You may consult your lease for above information.

I will be filing Federal Civil Rights Complaints on City of Pueblo Officers and Officials via. Affidavit violation to my Constitutional Rights. These People have Sworn an Oath to uphold and protect my Constitutional Rights which are being violated by unlawful Court Hearing due to knowing continuing with future trial and summoning to court on August 12th 2022 of unlawful violations that as occurred or was issued July 11, 2022 and prior violation cited mar 13, 2022. It is not a violation to grow a garden and take out your trash for the trash collector. I have asked for an investigation into George Vasquez with two online complaints with internal affairs with the City of Pueblo Police which has been non responsive to harassment issues of evidence that I have to present to internal affairs.

Consider Yourself Put on Notice and any further illegal activity will result into further added litigation to this harassment.
Further Violation from Code Enforcement for having a garden as weeds and Trash violations as trash going out for trash day will documented as violations of our Constitutional Rights. Violations of Sun Flowers in a Garden is not a violation on private property.

Do not have George Valdez with the City Trespass or further violate any tenant or Constitutional Rights that began with Susan using the Code Enforcement and Animal Control as a weapon of harassment and further ask you not to participate in said harassment and violation of our rights until we are removed in lawful act by the Courts. Any Force actions to Trespass, I will obtain a restraining order against you and will see seek the same with Rick Valdez with the City of Pueblo Code Enforcement due to pass violation of our rights and claims to a court of violations without proper due process or valid charges that have not been inappropriately issued.

We have not received your eviction notice and further communication will be with registered mail. I am written the affidavits now for the vandalism on our property under a person of your responsibility. Further illegal tenant infractions of our Rights will be added to the law suit that is in the process of moving forward due to hostile and illegal behavior of Susan your property manager. I urge you to get a lawyer for your eviction process of Debbie and Myself so you further do not violation any tenant or Constitutional Rights as prior actions on your decision of the past.

Please do everything now in writing that is registered mail or by your lawyer. I urg
e to find a lawyer to represent you in this law suit that is soon to be processed.

Uli,
Debbie and I stated we are packing. We do not want you to Trespass and will not allow you entry onto the property until you have a court eviction notice and court order of ejection with a sheriff or US Marshal accompanying you. Do not Cut the Lock. Do not jump the fence. Do not touch anything that is our property. Any future entry will be rebuffed unless you have the proper eviction paperwork from a judge. No locks will be removed and you are not allowed to remove them until the eviction process to completed by a Sheriff or US Marshall with a order from a Judge. We want to be left alone as we plan our move and packing once again from prior Trespasses and violations of our Constitutional Rights.
