Maybe not so much. Right now Palin and Begich are splitting the Repub vote. As much as I despise Palin, I'd rather her than a Dem (I think) and with a split vote, the Dem actually has a shot in AK. However, with rank choice, if the Repubs who vote for Begich should be outnumbered, their votes will go to Palin and not the Dem.
Communism is a dystopia. Capitalism is a utopia. Also learning to be multilingual :)
But does it offer transparency though? That's a big issue going forward
