If you take the black seed oil takes a few months, but the weight starts melting off.
I take the oil, you can get it at vitamin shops but I take SVA I found online, like fifteen fiats a bottle lasts a few months.
I take a tablespoon once a day. AND far as elasticity, got some collagen, and also some mother of pearl supplements ANOTHER patriot told about on here, it also helps with that the black seed oil. I use coconut oil for lotion, have for years, and also got a red light therapy mask and neck device, I can't wait to use after summer. I am not doing it now, cause I like to tan. lol

Where did you find the red light mask? I have seen them online in red, blue and green. Do they help elasticity or just complexion?
