My mother has been on it for over three years for rheumatoid arthritis. She's 80 and never got COVID which I find interesting.
Trump mentioned HCQ in Mar/April 2022 and I did some research then, plus saw Dr. Zelensky talk about his protocol for his patients. The denial of HCQ to sick and dying patients told me very early on that we were looking at intentional murders. I cannot tell you the phases of anger, sorrow and even hatred, towards those who were allowing this to happen, that I went through. I still don't understand why it did. All those people in hospitals/nursing homes that died needlessly and forced to die alone. This operation was Satanic in its origin.

A medical centre i worked in the doc told me straight up that they cant prescribe hydroxychlorequine to new patients because it cures covid. They signed a form to big pharma to only prescribe their drugs. They sold themselves 😬

I have Plaquenil (generic HCQ) The tablets are 200mg. Can take once daily. Malaria treatment is high dose, don’t go by that. I keep HCQ and Ivermectin (IVM) on standby. I use natural herbs and vitamins as a daily prophalxis. If I feel like I am becoming unwell. I’ll use Ivermectin or HCQ for approx 5 days. Usually by day 3, I am about 95% back to normal. There are a lot of worms / parasites folks get. Also Don’t take Covid tests, thats how they install parasites in you. Hope this helps.

Everyone should use caution when combining these drugs (HCQ, Ivermectin), as they are all anticholinergic drugs. The reduce the amount of acetylcholine (ACh) in the body, the neurotransmitter needed for muscle strength. Short-term basis use shouldn't be an issue, except for those with heart, lung, or neuromuscular diseases.

HCQ falls in the "no one size fits all" category however for me. It is on the list of drugs to avoid for those who have a certain enzyme deficiency. (as are many other "Rona Remedies"...Vit C, Asprin, Acetaminophen, several anti-biotics, etc.) They can contribute to hemolysis.
I'm not a huge supporter of genetic testing so it seems the best approach is to teach others what causes oxidative stress and a cytokine storm in the first place, and how to avoid it, thus deleting the need for drugs in the first place.

Maybe I'm an odd ball in this, but unless it's something I can drink, (juice, tea, etc.) vitamins, pills, or anything in a mg dosage may "stabilize"* a condition, but has little to no effect on me overall; even may have adverse effects to a degree over time.
I took seizure medication when I was younger (pre-teens to mid 20's) and my levels were always low. Maybe it was puberty that caused the seizures to reappear after birth, but who knows
