It is a photoshop but it gets people to make the connection.. no one outside of the US knows who he is by name.. so this meme serves a purpose... we don't need to banish anyone for sure... reallyh it would be excellent to use the same image and change the face for everyone who went on the Island.. that could be quite effective if it caught on.
