Fam please lift a prayer for Dad. If its his time to return to God its gonna be okay. He has been put in ICU, body temp dropped to 94.1, his BP 96/45. I am preparing for the 4 1/2 hour drive now. I love my Daddy, can't imagine losing him, but I don't want to watch him suffer like Mom did. Thank you my precious souls. I love you and will check in later.#prayerteam

Doing good still. I came back home yesterday. He stayed stable through the night and so far today too. Thank you for asking💖
I know how difficult it is to leave their side and the fear of not being there should things changes. God has this, talk to him.
Your hands and heart full right now, I truly appreciate your update.

I appreciate your love💖 it was hard coming back home. I felt like I was running away. But I'm trusting that God has this situation. Thank you again💖
Yes, God does.❤️

We have decided that we aren't letting them sedate him anymore. We know when they take the central line out and release him to home, his BP will drop and he will return to God. Trying to get him home, where he wants to be. Tough days ahead, but still claiming my joy through the storm. My heart is breaking but I'm trying to push through. Thank you again for the love, it means the world💖
Sounds like it’s truly the best for your Dad and yes, it’ll be very difficult for you and family. There may come a day when you question choices made, but do not fall down that hole (as I did in 2017). Surrounded by loving family, at home, is much more peaceful “waiting” with medical staff hovering over him day and night. To be at home is a very blessed way to go.
I don’t mean to pry and hope you do not feel pressed to respond, your time is precious and imagine you are pulled in many different directions.
I’ve never responded to DM’s on AU (some think it’s a dating app🤣) but please feel free to do so. I’m one of those people when I asking how someone is doing, I’ll wait for an answer.
You’ll get through these tough days, and bringing Dad home is probably one of the most difficult choices to make.
Is Hopsice helping you through this?

They haven't mentioned hospice yet. DMs don't bother me. I have zero issues shutting sassface down 😉 My peace is most important. I will be where the Lord leads me to be in this. I feel this part is my brother's part. He is doing a great job stepping up for Dad.
