I do not want this to be true!!!! I am a hairstylist!!! Very vaxxed clients!😢
No vaxx, no tests for my immediate family!
Had a flu like sickness around Christmas 2021. Complete loss of smell for about a month. Maybe had it again end in May!
Now an unvaxxed coworker and I are having the worst smell issue! Certian things smell/taste horrible. The “smell” to me is like dank or skunky. Coworker described as “musty!”
Seems connected to water??? I live in SC lowcountry and I notice it when I am driving over the bridges. Also, when washing clothes. My poop smells like it!
The worst part is my garden! Had a wonderful harvest, but everything had “the smell!” Husband said it all tasted great to him!
Its been months and I am over it!
I am worried its in the water! 💧

I had covid last September, since that time I have had issues with smells too. When I open the fridge everything smells like chemicals to me, my husband doesn't notice anything. Coffee smells like chemicals, the sealed cups of yogurt smell of chemicals, is it something in the fridge or something wrong with my senses? I am unvaxxed and a little concerned that getting together with family members - who are proud to have taken boosters - will cause problems again. As a hairstylist you are in direct danger of picking up so many problems. I would say keep some ivermectin and HCQ on hand if possible and take one or both each week. This has been one of the worst situations I have ever seen in my life.

The smell thing is so weird! Coffee is one of the things for me too! It could be something I pick from my garden or a processed keto bar in a package!
I take ivermectin daily! Sometimes I wonder if it is the smell of death from all the parasites i am killing? But, coworker is not taking ivermectin at all! I hope yours gets better!

its called anosmia. my wife had it
