The figures were listed at the time of the 2019 population listing but I'm sure it was originally 2017.

It's a reasonably thought out view, but my take on it is this:

The plan was for Germany to expand their influence, with intention of taking Ukraine, then Russia. Angela Merkel is related to Hitler, she was a disinformation officer in east Germany. Odd that she became Chancellor?
Russia had planned BRICS around 2013, a defense of sorts. Trump became#Potus, everything changed.
