Nope, I just refreshed the page. He is speaking. Whew! Maybe there was a delay in your feed? I do know that when Marjorie Taylor Green was speaking earlier I noticed she repeated herself. Was doing housework so thought she was just doing another speech of the same thing in her interview. But then the interviewer started saying the same thing. When I refreshed the page, a completely different person was speaking. So, something happened with the feed.
