You know, I think this is the same guy on Twitter, who on Jan 6 everyone was posting about the pallet of bricks which were just delivered and sitting behind buildings, also people alerting others of possible use of the bricks for hurting. He had a video where he sounded very angry, admonishing people on Twitter for spreading fear.
