My youngest son's school just changed their website: no phone numbers listed for staff, email addresses only, and no way to speak with an actual person (must leave voicemail). His graduating class is about 735 students.
We can't get ahold of anyone regarding his upcoming school year, as they dropped him from a few elective classes due to scheduling constraints. The schools are as much of a nightmare as the medical system. It's maddening.
