Good morning, I miss my AU frens!
Hubby and I are on Day 4 of our bike ride across Iowa. We've ridden almost 200 miles in 3 days and today we are riding 100+ miles which should get us over half way. Will be a very long day in the saddle. Have been enjoying seeing small town America, people are friendly, kind and have big hearts! ❤️

Nice! 😎👍🏻 We are 80 miles in, a beautiful day. Won't find me in a SAG wagon either unless there is a bone sticking out of my body somewhere! 🤣 Long rides like this are a great test of mind and perseverance, I love the challenge! ❤️
