Pretty sure Hillary is a witch. Kamala steps down. Joe appoints somone else to be VP. Could be Gavin Newsom who would then appoint Hill and then she ends up as Pres somehow. Or Joe could outright choose Hill as VP then dies or steps down. Been done before with Nixon and Ford
