Unnatural.

Other than that I don't know why someone is presenting this as happening on 7/18/2022, in Memphis, Tennessee. Attention? Intentional misinformation?
As@quzannah posted in the comments this capture is from 3/23/2018, and supposedly in Tucson, Arizona.
