this is an article from june. I've kept asking why arent people talking about this? there were articles out a couple months back, talking about how some of the labs did experiments and were trying to find ways to affect certain races of people in particular to take down the numbers in those races. russia has been made to look like the devil, but they've been taking these things out and trying to help the good people who have been victimized for years by their own government, the American govt. and probably lots more than just these.
