sounds plausible... but why would they need to hide it behind this monstrosity?
Once bldg is stripped, it’s best to protect structure from weather elements (rain/moisture, dirt, pollutants, etc)… Like having a clean canvas for works of art. 🙃 (but I’m still hoping it’s a prison)
