What's worse is we know we are being tracked and influenced with our cell phones and we still wont put them down.

Most every cell phone, tablet, laptop and computer has a camera and a microphone that can be turned on remotely and may actually be on 24/7, recording everything you say or do. Add geolocation, and [they] know where you are/were standing when you said or did a particular thing.

Yep! My iphone stand-charger is by the bed. I started getting ads about side-sleepers a few yeaes ago- I am one. I put a towel over the phone now.
Creepy! I keep mine in an EMF protection wallet, it slides in with a little side pocket, 12-14 bucks amazon.
I know it works, I tested it out with my "push start" car key fob in there, the car would not start in the case/signal was blocked!!
