A small City near me is building a tiny house area for people who are 'unsheltered'. Sounds like homeless to me. This is in NW WIsconsin.
The Mayor of the City where I live said he wanted to build 'tiny homes' when he was asked a question about what the City was doing to promote 'affordable housing' in the area.
Most of us in the room don't consider 'tiny homes' AFFORDABLE HOUSING. The fellow that asked the question was referring to homes that can house a family.
