i have been waking up alot during the night and having dreams that seem significant. i struggle to remember them after i wake up. i am tired from lack of sleep.
- before you go to sleep, tell ypurself that you’ll remember your dream
-when you wake up, keep your eyes closed- easier to remember a dream that way
