I have had very vivid dreams the last two nights. Not normal for me to experience two nights in a row.

Have not slept well for the last 2 years. 3 to 4 hours at the most.
I've had vivid dreams that wake me up but can't remember.
Strangely enough, I've slept longer the last few nights.
